Thank you for this reminder that most people go around being kind most of the time. Your article is a refreshing antidote to the unrelenting waterfall of "Must get more for myself" pushed by almost everyone who trumpets what we see of the world. One note: the question, "Is empathy innate?" has its scientifically accepted answer: it is. So your idea that kindness is often beaten out of us is correct. Anyway thank you for this!
